Ideas for the Construction of a Peoples' Dialogue that Answers to Key Questions Identified in the Exchanges  Strategy Paper Plan of Action Johannesburg Working Meeting, 7-9 September 2004

Within the issues and questions posed in the debates as its frame of reference, the dialogue among movements and organisations within and between the regions will comprise various types of interlinked activities. Common to them all will be a commitment to abide by the following fundamental motivating principles:
